Occasionally, there are unoccupied spaces allowing a tenant to place a new coach customized to their wishes. Please contact the Managers if you are interested in these opportunities. Tenants must be at least 55 years old and be financially qualified to pay the monthly rent. The Park offers month-to-month or long term leases depending on the wishes of the tenant and the particular space under lease.
